(KUTV) Alex Reece had his track career at Baylor University cut short when what he calls a “poor decision” ended his all conference career there very abruptly. With one year of eligibility remaining he narrowed a list of potential schools down to a handful, and in the end he and Weber State head coach Dan Walker found a way to get him to Ogden. Life moves a little slower for the Wildcat Senior these days but he’s found the small-town lifestyle very benefitial to his track career. Having punched his ticket to an upcoming NCAA regional, Adam Mikulich visited with Alex this week and tells his fun and positive story.
