A man is in critical condition and two other men were injured from a rollover accident in Sandy early Saturday morning.
At approximately 6:30 a.m., an Infinity passenger vehicle with three male occupants was traveling southbound on Wasatch Boulevard where it lost control around the area of Pepperwood Drive and rolled.
One of the passengers was ejected from the vehicle, and he was lifted and transported to the hospital in critical condition, Sgt. Nielsen with Sandy City Police told 2News. The other two men were reported to be injured but were not transported. Nielsen told 2News that all the passengers were presumed to be in their 20s.
He also told 2News that alcohol might've been a factor of the crash and investigators are still determining the cause.
Nielsen said Wasatch Boulevard will be closed in both directions in the area at this time as the investigation continues for the next few hours.
2News has a crew at the scene and will update the story as more information becomes available.
