If you're an NFL fan, how loyal are you to your team? Would you change allegiances to your team's most hated rival for a big pile of cash?
According to Reviews.org, most fans have their price.
500 Americans were surveyed before the playoffs to discover their sports-watching preferences, how interested they are in the NFL, who their favorite teams and rival teams were, and how much they would need to be paid to “sell out” and support their rival team.
For example, the survey found that fans of the Dallas Cowboys--the most popular team in the league--would sell out for $187,666 to become Washington Redskins fans.
Meanwhile, fans of the Houston Texans are a tougher bunch, requiring $305,030 to switch loyalties to the Cowboys.
Money-wise, the most loyal fans in the NFL belong to the Los Angeles Chargers--one of the leagues least popular teams--who would need $700,112 to become fans of the Oakland Raiders.
