A high school Agriculture teacher from the Nebo School District has been charged with one count of sexual battery after inappropriately touching a woman at his home.

Brian Fredrickson, 42, of Spanish Fork faces the Class A Misdemeanor following the events that happened back in February of 2020.

According to a probable cause statement for Fredrickson, the events took place when a woman came to his home to work on Fredrickson's wife's nails

Fredrickson later arrived at the home and began to rub the victim's shoulders under her shirt.

The victim told Fredrickson to stop and he did and apologized. During his apology, he made inappropriate comments toward her.

Later, as the victim was leaving the home, Fredrickson allegedly approached her again. He gave her a hug from the back and then touched her in an inappropriate place.

During the encounter, the victim tried to get away and told him to stop. The arrest affidavit for Fredrickson said he did not stop when requested.
