A 37-year-old St. George, Utah man is facing multiple charges -- accused of buying a 16-year-old girl alcohol and cigarettes in exchange for nude and sexually explicit photos.

Timothy Wallace Peck was arrested this week for the alleged incidents, which happened in April.

Police say the girl -- who Peck knew was underage -- would send the photos to Peck via Facebook, and then he would buy her alcohol and cigarettes.

During a forensic investigation, police say they found multiple nude and "erotic" photos on both Peck's phone and the girl's phone, a probable cause statement says.

Police say they also found marijuana and a marijuana pipe during their search of Peck's belongings.

Peck is facing the following charges:

  • Five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, all second-degree felonies
  • Selling, offering, furnishing alcohol to a minor, knowingly, a class A misdemeanor
  • Possession of a controlled substance, marijuana or spice, a class B misdemeanor
  • Use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor
