Ohio's NFL teams -- Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals -- are bad. How bad?

So bad that a petition listed "Bengals/Browns fans" as a "condition" which would allow those fans to get prescriptions for medical marijuana, according to a report by Fox 19.

The Bengals finished the 2019 season with a 2-14 record while the Browns finished 6-10.

That petition, which contained 28 conditions, was submitted to Ohio's state medical board for approval.

No decision has been made, but the 28 conditions are listed below. Some conditions are listed multiple times because those "potential qualifying conditions would treat the same condition are combined into one review," according to Fox 19.

A final vote on conditions is expected to happen this summer.
